Product Description
The Waterproof & breathable/moisture permeable PU film is made of high polymer elastomer PU, which has good elasticity and high elasticity.
In waterproofing, although the thickness is extremely thin (0.012-0.025mm),it property performance (can withstand water pressure of more than 10,000 mm) is beyond other materials. And the introduction of hydrophilic groups into the materials by high-tech technology makes the film have better moisture permeability (human sweat can penetrate freely between the films) besides its high waterproof performance.
Now it has been widely used in snow coat, windbreaker, cold jacket, gloves, hats, shoes and other purposes. In addition, the Waterproof & Breathable PU film has good weather resistance, environmental protection, non-toxicity, recyclability and decomposition.
Characteristic:
* Cold Resistance: -30 ˚C below
* Heat Resistance: 180 ˚C
* Non-microporous and not easy blocked by detergents or sweat salts, for the moisture permeability is based on the principle of hydrophilic group,
* No plasticizer, no migration which would resulting in junction adverse problems
* Suitable for PU series of water-borne solvent-based or Wet-gas reaction-based adhesives (acrylic or latex-based adhesives can also be used if washing is not required)
* Molecular structure is simple (carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen). There is no air pollution during incinerator combustion. Material is decomposed naturally in 3-5 years under the action of moisture and microorganism when buried in soil.
